Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a talented sales professional to drive project sales for lighting solutions across Malaysia, building strong networks with contractors, M&E consultants, developers, and trade clients through site visits and consultations.

You will support sales and marketing initiatives, collaborate on growth plans, and coach junior team members to hit targets while overseeing sales execution to ensure delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Drive project sales by promoting lighting products and introducing new solution lines to key target segments.
• Build and maintain strong networks with contractors, M&E consultants, property developers, and trade clients through regular site visits and consultations.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, collaborate on strategic growth plans, and coach junior team members to reach targets.
• Oversee sales execution to ensure seamless delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and maximize profitability.
