QubeApps is seeking a Field IT Support Specialist (Shift Team) to join our on-site IT support group in Malaysia. You will handle hardware installation services at customer sites and maintain faulty hardware, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions. Travel to Johor may be required for on-site deployments and serviced hardware.

Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-focused, and prepared to work in a shift-based IT support environment across multiple client sites in Malaysia.
