Job summary

Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver L2–L3 technical assistance across multiple field sites in Malaysia. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, while coordinating with central IT for complex incidents.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, AD administration, and virtualization, plus travel to assigned sites for installations and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT Support, Field Service Engineering, or Systems Administration in a multi-site environment.
• Proficiency diagnosing PC/laptop hardware issues and Windows 10/11.
• Solid networking fundamentals and remote access technologies (VPN).
• Experience with field equipment (POS systems, printers, scanners).
• AD administration and basic server maintenance/virtualization (VMware or Hyper‑V).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft Modern Desktop are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 and L3 technical support for field-related incidents and service requests, including hardware, software, network, and onsite equipment troubleshooting.
• Perform diagnosis, repair, and replacement of faulty IT equipment, manage local spare-parts inventory and logistics.
• Document all support activities, resolutions, and findings in the ITSM system.
• Serve as technical contact during major site incidents to ensure rapid service restoration.
