Job summary

NEW SYSTEM METAL SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated engineer to assist customers, demonstrate products across field applications, and install and configure systems. You will troubleshoot processes and resolve issues to ensure seamless operation.

You will also provide technical support, develop documents and application notes, analyze customer requirements, coordinate with R&D, and contribute to training programs while supporting quotation cost build ups and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to understand products and perform demos.
• Install and configure systems and troubleshoot processes.
• ProvideTechnical support to customers and configure services.
• Develop and maintain documents for designs and application notes and provide updates.
• Analyze customer requirements to ensure product meets customer needs.
• Coordinate with R&D to identify issues and resolve.
• Administer field applications for customers and support engineering software.
• Develop product features, perform tests and document results.
• Participate in technical meetings and prepare training programs for staff.
• Assist Quotation Manager in cost build up and design proposals.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
