Job summary

INNOMATRIX TECH SDN. BHD. is seeking an Applications Engineer to support customers with technical solutions and project delivery in Malaysia.

You will understand customer requirements and propose engineering applications, prepare proposals and deliver product demonstrations. You will also support sales activities, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and conduct site visits, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Fresh graduates with hands-on/project experience welcome.
• Practical experience with installation, troubleshooting, testing, instrumentation and measurement, or commissioning is an advantage.
• Experience in application engineering, technical sales or automation is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and projects.
• Possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions to customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions and applications
• Prepare technical proposals and presentations
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Support sales activities and customer projects
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on technical matters
• Perform site visits, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting when required
