Job summary
E XING PRECISION DESIGN SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Applications / Service Engineer to join our team in Butterworth, Penang.
In this full-time role, you will provide technical support and services to customers, ensuring satisfaction with our mechanical engineering solutions. You will travel to customer sites, install fixtures, develop programs, perform DFT studies, and collaborate with production to drive continuous improvements while delivering technical presentations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an InCircuit Test environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Knowledge of InCircuit Test processes.
- Analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for customers in Northern Malaysia and abroad.
- Install fixtures and testers and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop programs.
- Perform DFT study and SW RFQ for customers.
- Remote debugging when needed.
- Travel to Singapore for projects.
- Deliver technical presentations to customers.
- Support growth of E Xing's market share in Northern Malaysia.
- Provide feedback to production for improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks from management.
