Jora Malaysia is seeking a field-based account support professional to prepare and share technical presentations demonstrating how a product works and solves customer problems, and to work with existing customers to understand their needs and propose customized setups.

You will coordinate with head office for purchases and support, update department heads to align sales objectives, handle RFQ details for quotations, develop market presence in Malaysia, and relay field feedback to R&D for future

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and share technical presentations that explain how a product works and solves a customer’s problem.
• Ability to understand customer needs and design customized setups or specs to address them.
• Strong collaboration with head office for purchases, technical and administrative support.
• Experience in developing sales and market presence to maximize revenues in a specific region.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sharing of technical presentations on how a product works and solves a customer’s specific problem
• Work with existing customers to understand their needs and perhaps design a customized setup or "spec" to solve problems
• Communicate and coordinate with head office for purchases, technical and administration support required facilitating the customers' requirements
• Communicate and updating to department head to ensure that sales and customer objective are met
• Handle the technical details of Requests for Proposals and provide accurate data for official quotations
• To develop the sales and market/product presence for the Malaysia market to maximize sales revenues and meeting corporate objectives
• Provide feedback from the field to the R&D or Product team to help improve future versions of the product
