Job summary

INNOMATRIX TECH SDN BHD is seeking an Application Engineer to join our growing team in Malaysia. The role focuses on providing technical support, understanding customer requirements, and proposing suitable products and applications.

You will conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, and support sales activities while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided, and a willingness to travel for customer visits and projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in application engineering, technical sales or automation will be an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and projects.
• Possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions to customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/applications
• Prepare technical proposals and presentations
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Support sales activities and customer projects
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on technical matters
• Perform site visits, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting when required
