Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, common protocols, applications, routing and OSI Model.
• Experience with firewall/UTM and network security technologies.
• CCNA/CCNP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage on-site with customers to provide technical support.
• Assist with POC, demonstrations, presentations, and technical exchanges.
• Troubleshoot and fix network issues; document steps and outcomes.
• Train partners and customers on products and solutions.
• Provide support via phone, email and other remote channels.
