Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, and commission networking equipment at customer sites.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
Configure routers, switches, modems, and other communication devices.
Test and verify equipment before deployment.
Prepare maintenance and service reports and documentation.
Coordinate with customers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Support project implementation and system integration activities.
Assist with inventory management and spare parts handling.
Provide technical support during business hours and after-hours when required.
Travel to customer sites across Malaysia as needed.
