Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Support Engineer for the FbM Platform in Malaysia. The role focuses on providing agile and quality technical support for FbM applications, including database tasks, automation scripting, and incident management, to ensure smooth operations and timely go-lives.

You will own the documentation of support tasks, monitor database performance, and collaborate with on-site teams to maintain secure and compliant systems as part of the platform’s daily maintenance and deployment

Qualifications

• Has the capability & ownership to drive analysis, evaluation and troubleshooting SQL tasks (MSSQL, MySQL) for FbM applications.
• Python scripting for automation in FbM environment.
• Provide database application support for all FbM applications.
• Hypercare database support during FbM project go-live.
• Responsible for database performance monitoring.
• Responsible for database administration.
• Take ownership of documenting the support tasks.
• Knowledge of access management and security compliance.
• Understanding of incident, problem, change management and adherence to SLA/KPI.
