Job summary

Maersk Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Support Engineer for the Fulfilled by Maersk Platform to assist FbM Level 1 support. The role focuses on agile, quality support for Maersk Contract Logistics Applications, including WMS and Depot/Yard systems, with on-site operation in Malaysia.

The candidate will own SQL task analysis, provide Python automation, and ensure database performance while adhering to incident, problem, change processes and SLA/KPI requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with MSSQL and MySQL databases.
• Python scripting for automation and tooling.
• Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and troubleshoot SQL tasks for FbM Applications.
• Provide database application support for FbM Applications.
• Monitor database performance and optimize queries.
• Document support tasks and maintain runbooks.
• Assist with access management and security compliance.
