Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of operational management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in livestock operations, food manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proven track record in leading large teams and managing cross-functional operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, cost control, quality systems, food safety, and workplace safety.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, results-oriented, and passionate about driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

QL Farming Division is seeking experienced and results-driven Farm Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing integrated poultry operations encompassing Layer Farm Production, Egg House, and Logistics.
