Job summary

QL Farms Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant or Supervisor (Product Formulation) in Shah Alam to assist in developing and refining food formulations, run trials, and optimize taste, texture, yield, and cost. Assistant or Supervisor (Product Formulation)

• Assist in food product formulation, trials, and continuous fine-tuning to achieve desired taste, texture, yield, and cost efficiency
• Support production trials during plant setup, commissioning, and scale-up stages
• Work closely with production, QA, and operations teams to translate formulations into stable and repeatable manufacturing processes
• Conduct ingredient testing, dosage adjustments, and process evaluations
• Document formulation parameters, trial results, and improvement actions
• Monitor product consistency and support corrective actions for deviations
• Stay updated on food ingredients, additives, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, shelf life, and manufacturing efficiency
