Job summary

QL Corporate Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive, Nutrition to support feed formulation, nutrition programs and feed performance across our feedmill operations. You will work closely with feedmills and farms to improve feed quality, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role also involves feed trials, new product development, quality system implementation, and technical training across the business. Travel locally and overseas may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in nutrition, feedmill operations, or poultry farming.
• Basic knowledge of feed formulation and animal nutrition.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or QA systems is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication abilities.

Job description

The Senior Executive, Nutrition is responsible to support feed formulation, nutrition programs, and feed performance across our feedmill operations. This role will work closely with feedmills and farms to improve feed quality, monitor performance, support audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role also provides opportunities to be involved in feed trials, new product development, quality system implementation, and technical training initiatives across the business.

What You’ll Be Driven To Do

Support feed formulation and monitor feed performance to achieve optimal productivity and cost efficiency.

Monitor farm and feedmill performance and recommend improvements.

Conduct feedmill audits to ensure compliance with company standards, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with feedmills and farms to support formulation changes and operational needs.

Support feed trials, ingredient evaluations, and new product development activities.

Analyse trial results and recommend improvements to feed programs.

Monitor feed ingredient quality and usage to ensure consistency and standards.

Assist in organising technical training, seminars, and knowledge-sharing programs.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bachelor's Degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science, or a related field.
