• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of operational management experience, incl. at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in livestock operations, food manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, cost control, quality systems, food safety, and workplace safety.

QL Farming Division is seeking experienced and results-driven Farm Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing integrated poultry operations encompassing Layer Farm Production, Egg House, and Logistics. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing productivity, optimizing resources, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering sustainable business performance across the value chain.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of Layer Farm Production, Egg House, and Logistics functions.
• Ensure production, quality, service, and operational targets are consistently achieved.
• Drive operational efficiency through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and cost performance to ensure optimal business results.
• Implement cost-control initiatives and operational efficiency improvement programs to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Analyze performance reports and implement corrective actions to address operational gaps and improve outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, executives, supervisors, and operational teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, food safety requirements, workplace safety standards, and operational best practices.

Requirements
