Conduct inspections to ensure standards are met and supervise facilities staff to maintain operational efficiency.
Manage and monitor service contracts and vendors, ensuring their work aligns
with the expectations and contract terms.
Optimize facility operations, energy efficiency, and infrastructure maintenance to meet sustainability goals.
Ensure the technical team is properly trained and equipped to meet the specific operational needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruption and
ensure smooth of operations.
Develop and execute business plans that align with the company goals, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of facilities projects.
Lead project management and costing for building modifications, ensuring alignment with the budget and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards to protect the client’s assets and reputation.
Act as Facility Verifier, ensuring all systems, processes, and contractor work
meet the quality standards and service agreements.
Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders, management, and external vendors to ensure continuous and efficient facility operations.
Bachelor`s degree in engineering, building surveying or related field with minimum of 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in facilities management
business or engineering operations in addition in hands on knowledge in handling all technical aspects of building and facilities maintenance.
Familiar in local laws & regulations for governing property maintenance, building management, statutory compliance certification and license.
Familiar with PWD FMM 2016 Condition of Contract.
Ability to ascertain performance metrics, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards, with an understanding of deduction clauses for non-performance or delays.
Possesses strong service ethic, pro-active, can-do attitude, and problem-solving skills.
People management with communication and interpersonal skills
Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and administrative tasks.
