Job summary

Railway Assets Corporation in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan seeks a hands-on supervisor to plan, manage, and coordinate central-region operations and asset maintenance, optimizing resource use and timelines. You will assess asset condition on-site and implement proactive maintenance to boost efficiency and longevity.

You will oversee asset disposal, handle public complaints professionally, and represent RAC in meetings with local leaders and authorities to foster strong relationships and advance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or building operations maintenance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) recognized by the government.
• Proficient in local laws and regulations governing property maintenance and compliance.
• Valid driving license Class D enabling travel for operations.

a) Efficiently plan, manage and coordinate all operational activities and asset maintenance within central region, optimizing resource allocation and timelines.

b) Conduct regular assessment of asset condition and performance on-site in the central region, implementing proactive maintenance strategies to enhance efficiency and longevity.

c) Oversee disposal activities of RAC's assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing returns of asset divestment.

d) Handle public complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and community engagement.

e) Represent RAC in meetings, conferences, and site visit with local leaders, communities, local authorities, fostering positive relationships and promoting RAC's objectives.

Qualification:

• Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or building operations maintenance, with a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) recognized by the government from a local institution of higher learning or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in local laws and regulations governing property maintenance, building management, statutory compliance, certification and licensing.
• Possess a valid driving license Class D, enabling flexibility in travel for operational requirements.
