Job summary

Concentrix Malaysia is seeking a proactive Facilities Associate to support day-to-day operations and maintenance of office facilities. You will help ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment while coordinating facility maintenance activities and vendor services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years of facilities experience, with knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 1–3 years facilities management or building maintenance experience.
• Familiar with facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with moves, renovations, and workspace planning.
• Maintain records of assets and service reports.
• Support health, safety and building regulation compliance.
• Assist energy-saving initiatives and utility monitoring.
• Respond to employee facility-related requests and concerns.
• Provide emergency response assistance as needed.
• Contribute to business continuity planning.
