Job summary

Concentrix Malaysia is seeking a Senior Facility Supervisor to manage facility operations within a contact center environment, ensuring the smooth functioning of all critical building systems in Kuala Lumpur.

The role oversees daily maintenance and facilities management, including HVAC, electrical, UPS, generators, plumbing and fire protection, coordinating preventive and corrective work, and leading a facility team with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor in a Contact Centre/BPO environment
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, UPS, generators, electrical systems, and building maintenance
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facility-related projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
