SUPERSIC (MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd is seeking a facilities maintenance professional in Penang who will support daily inspection, PM planning, and 5S management to sustain a 24/7 production environment.
The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin considered an advantage. Shift work and on-call duties are required.

Responsible for the daily inspection, routine maintenance, and 5S management of power and production facilities to ensure a stable 24/7 production environment.
Assist the shift leader in planning annual and monthly preventive maintenance (PM) plans for power equipment (e.g., power supply, water supply, and pneumatic systems) and execute them in strict accordance with the schedule.
Responsible for emergency repairs of utility facilities and production-related auxiliary equipment, ensuring the production environment returns to normal in the shortest possible time.
Complete fixed-point daily inspections of power and production equipment, checking in real-time for abnormalities such as abnormal noise, overheating, or air leakage during working hours.
Responsible for the registration, accompaniment, and cooperation of on-site vendors or outsourced contractors (e.g., AC and elevator maintenance), and inspect and accept their delivered repair results.
Assist in preparing monthly procurement plans, take charge of requesting facility spare parts, promptly flag inventory shortages, and reasonably control safety stock to ensure maintenance continuity.
Assist in formulating and revising SOP documents for equipment/facility operation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring all technical data, paper forms, and computer files are preserved completely and clearly.
Aid in arranging the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of production and power equipment; assist in planning new equipment layout and hook-up (water, electricity, gas) piping routes.
Strictly implement 5S management standards during power operation and maintenance, keep tool rooms and office areas clean, and handle maintenance waste according to standards.
Propose system improvement suggestions based on practical O&M experience, analyze root causes of failures through incident reviews, and targetedly enhance personal skills in mechanical, electrical, and office software operations.
Fulfill other tasks assigned by superiors.
MUST possess a valid Chargeman A0 / A1 certificate.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Proficiency in MS Office for technical reporting and basic maintenance cost analysis.
Strong hands‑on ability, team player, and willing to work on shifts or be on‑call.
