Parker Hannifin in Malaysia is seeking a senior facilities leader responsible for site infrastructure, utilities, and asset reliability. You will oversee technicians and contractors, coordinate with production, engineering, quality, and other functions, and drive growth through facility expansion and machine installations.
The role requires a strong background in electrical/hVAC utilities, TPM/maintenance best practices, and proven leadership in complex, cross-functional projects.

Lead facility infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, and asset reliability activities across the site
Manage technicians, contractors, and external service providers
Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, HR, Finance functions
Support machine installation, facility expansion, and manufacturing growth initiatives
Serve as the primary liaison with utility providers, equipment suppliers, contractors, consultants, and external service providers
Develop and maintain facility infrastructure plans aligned with business growth requirements
Assess and manage electrical loading, compressed air systems, HVAC, water systems, and supporting utilities
Establish and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Lead facility readiness activities for machine installation and manufacturing expansion projects
Drive maintenance excellence and asset utilization improvement initiatives
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline
Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, or industrial operations
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, compressed air systems, HVAC, utilities, and industrial infrastructure
Experience supporting manufacturing expansion, machine installation, and facility upgrade projects
Knowledge of TPM, Reliability Engineering, Preventive Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
Strong project management, contractor management, and stakeholder management capability
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Chargeman certification preferred or required based on facility electrical requirements
Working knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements related to infrastructure management, maintenance systems, contingency planning, risk management, and equipment reliability
