Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery and facilities. You will follow established procedures, report issues to supervisors, and ensure timely completion of assignments.

The role requires lifting up to 35 pounds and the ability to work day, swing, or night shifts as needed. Certificate holders in mechanical or electrical fields are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Safely lift 35 pounds.
• Ability to work day/swing/night shift as required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all Company Policy & Procedures and Department Procedures.
• Brings to the attention of management problems affecting production and quality.
• Completes all assignments in a timely manner.
• Carry out maintenance and repair on machinery and facility.
• Execute Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Follow up maintenance activities, outside electrical, painting, HVAC systems and contractors.
• Any other responsibility assigned by Facility Supervisor.

• Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Facility Supervisor.
