Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking Admin Assistant roles suitable for fresh graduates across various departments and locations. You will handle office administration, data entry, and inquiries, while coordinating with site teams on work orders.

Candidates should have a qualification in Business Admin, IT, Logistics & Transport or Supply Chain; strong English, Malay and Mandarin communication is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM/Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics & Transportation, Supply Chain or any fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone inquiries
• Office administration work, document and data entry
• Liaise with site operation team on the work order progress
• Generate and monitor work order status
• Prepare status and prepare report for works in hand
• Maintain and update entry permits, vehicle servicing and staff particulars
• Manage and maintain the supplier invoices, admin records and filling
• Compile and present the actual costing for the work done
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management
