Job summary

Qing Lu Sdn Bhd, a central kitchen based in Ayer Itam, Penang, is hiring an Admin Executive. Fresh graduates are welcome. You will manage staff, oversee kitchen and warehouse operations, control food inventory, coordinate receiving, dispatch and logistics, and handle invoicing and office administration.

Training is provided and SOPs are followed. The role involves coordinating logistics, maintaining records in Google Sheets or the company system, and supporting a growing food service network

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; admin/warehouse/management experience is an advantage.
• Must read, write and communicate in Mandarin.
• English or Malay skills are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and organized; able to follow SOPs.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills; willing to learn and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule staff.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and order.
• Handle the receiving process: verify POs, check goods quality and quantity, and notify management of any issues.
• Handle the dispatch process: verify outlet information, goods and quantities, and keep photo records.
• Manage food inventory: stock counting, real-time updates in Google Sheets / company system, and accurate inventory records.
• Supervise storage and stock counting in the warehouse, chilled room and frozen room, and keep the warehouse neat and clean.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements.
• Handle Sales Order > Delivery Order > Invoice (training provided).
• Handle other office administration tasks.
