Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking Admin Assistant roles suitable for fresh graduates across various departments and locations. You will handle office administration, data entry, and inquiries, while coordinating with site teams on work orders.

Candidates should have a qualification in Business Admin, IT, Logistics & Transport or Supply Chain; strong English, Malay and Mandarin communication is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.

• Manage and maintain the supplier invoices, admin records and filling
• Compile and present the actual costing for the work done
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management

Currently, these departments are offering exciting opportunities for potential candidates to contribute, develop and grow their expertise in facilities and maintenance.

General Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SPM/Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics & Transportation, Supply Chain or any fields.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malay, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Relevant experience in the related field will be regarded as an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
