• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with logistics coordination internships is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCount, Excel and Word.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Internships in logistics/administration are advantageous.
• Bilingual: English and Mandarin for liaising with China-based stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements.
• Monitor and schedule machine movements from warehouses with transporters.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipping, logistics, and goods movement.
• Track delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status.
• Identify and resolve logistics or delivery issues in coordination with relevant teams.
• Ensure proper record keeping and timely updates of logistics activities.
