Job summary

QRA SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated F&B Supervisor to support the Outlet Manager in maintaining production consistency, quality, and efficient store operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on beverage preparation, team leadership, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of barista or related experience, strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high service standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• 3–5 years of barista experience or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle food and beverages.
• Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the F&B department within the store.
• Assist in staff scheduling, manpower planning, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure smooth coordination between front of house, kitchen, and store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness of the department.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks.
• Prepare simple food items and support basic food preparation when required.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all F&B offerings.
