The ideal candidate has strong leadership, good communication, and proven F&B management experience in a fast-paced environment. Shift work, weekends, and public holidays are expected; prior barista experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in F&B / cafe / restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in inventory control and basic cost management.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Barista experience is an added advantage.
