Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a freelance specialist for a focused 2–4 week project to review and improve F&B workflows and SOPs. You will deliver a gap report, update core service SOPs, and train staff in one half-day session.

Applicants should have 3+ years in F&B operations, SOP development or staff training, and hold Malaysian work authorization. Project fee ranges RM1,500–RM3,000 with a clear scope and milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of practical F&B operations, SOP development or staff training experience. Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is optional. This is a focused 2–4 week freelance project with an agreed project fee of RM1,500–3,000, depending on final scope and complexity. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or permanent residents, or already hold valid Malaysian work authorization. No new visa sponsorship is provided.

Responsibilities

• Review the current workflow and SOPs for one Morn Coo Coo 早安公雞 outlet. Deliver a prioritized gap report, update selected core service, hygiene and operating SOPs, conduct one half-day staff training session, and provide final files plus a handover briefing. Any additional outlets or deliverables require a separately agreed scope.
