Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced F&B Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple outlets, work closely with the Founder, and drive growth.

You will lead Store Managers, develop SOPs, monitor food and labor costs, and implement systems to improve profitability and service consistency across all outlets.

This hands-on leadership role requires travel between Johor Bahru outlets and a track record of performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience.
• Experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Cluster Manager or Multi-Outlet Manager.
• Strong SOP implementation and staff training.
• Experience managing Store Managers.
• Willing to travel between outlets in Johor Bahru.

An experienced F&B Area Operations Manager role for someone with experience managing multiple F&B outlets, developing people, implementing SOPs and improving operational performance. This is a hands‑on leadership position working closely with the Founder to strengthen operations and prepare the business for future growth.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets

About you

Minimum 5 years of F&B experience

Previous experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Cluster Manager or Multi-Outlet Manager

Strong experience in SOP implementation and staff training

Experience managing and developing Store Managers

Experience in new outlet openings

Good understanding of food cost, labour cost, inventory and wastage control

Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills

Able to work independently and take ownership of results

Willing to travel between outlets in Johor Bahru
