Job summary

Famfruits Sdn. Bhd., an Ipoh-based agro-enterprise, seeks an experienced F&B Retail Operations Manager to oversee kiosk day-to-day operations and lead future franchise readiness. You will strengthen SOPs, drive sales, support new openings, and prepare scalable operational systems for expansion.

The role requires managing multiple outlets, traveling between sites in Perak, and coordinating with marketing for promotions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B management experience.
• Experience implementing and enforcing SOPs.
• Comfortable with sales reports, cost of goods, manpower costing and stock variance.
• Willing and able to travel between assigned outlets across Perak.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales targets, operational standards and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily kiosk operations including opening and closing procedures, shift scheduling, cash handling and equipment readiness.
• Ensure all staff comply with the Company;s SOPs, policies and operational standards.
• Review, improve and document SOPs for beverage preparation, food handling, hygiene and customer service, and develop training materials used across all outlets.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and operational checks to ensure consistency, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Train and certify frontline crew on product knowledge, preparation technique, upselling and service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movement to ensure alignment with business needs and sales trends.
• Monitor and control key operating costs, including food costs, manpower costs and wastage.
• Support in-store execution of promotions, campaigns and seasonal products together with the marketing team.
• Monitor customer feedback and complaints and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Support new kiosk openings from site preparation and equipment setup through to crew training and soft launch.
