Job summary

DKSH in Malaysia seeks an Area Manager for F&B retail outlets to oversee operations, sales, HR, inventory and quality control. You will lead outlet teams, ensure SOP compliance, manage costs, plan staffing, and drive service standards across locations in Selangor and Petaling Jaya.

The role requires at least a Diploma/Degree in business-related studies, 2+ years in F&B retail as an Area Manager, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in business-related studies or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and result oriented.
• Able to travel.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve sales targets for assigned outlets.
• Supervise PIC performance and manage outlet SOP adherence.
• Control outlet costs including labour and expenses.
• Perform monthly cash audits and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Ensure stock management accuracy including stock counts and wastage control.
• Recruit and plan outlet staffing; manage attrition and manpower needs.
• Ensure product quality and hygiene standards per SOP.
• Plan promotions and monitor marketing activities.
• Monitor KPI cascades and performance reviews for outlets.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
