Job summary

YI YOUTH SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to standardize SOPs, supervise multiple branches, and train leaders across outlets. The role requires travel between outlets, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, and a focus on food safety, service quality, and cost control.

You will oversee SOP documentation, conduct regular branch visits, and monitor reports, training records, and stock takes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outlet management experience (F&B preferred).
• Multi-outlet management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, staff training, cost control, inventory, food safety, and customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel between outlets.
• Able to communicate in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Standardize branch SOPs, workflows, and documentation.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and QSC.
• Ensure branch follow food safety, hygiene, service, and quality standard.
• Train and guide Branch Managers and Leaders
• Monitor paperwork, daily, weekly and monthly report checking, monthly training and exam records, stock take records.
• Follow up on branch issues or complaint and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Monitor sales performance, food costs, labour costs, customer complaints, and service efficiency.
• Support the preparation, training, and opening of new branch.
• Submit monthly updates to Management.
