Job summary

TKS Taste Treat Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced F&B professional to lead outlet operations in Malaysia. You will drive sales, ensure food quality and customer service, and manage inventory, stock control and manpower. The role requires strong leadership and people management with hands-on experience in high-volume settings.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in F&B/restaurant ops and 1–2 years in supervisory or outlet manager roles, with knowledge of POS systems and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/F&B Management is an advantage
• 3–5 years of F&B/restaurant operations experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager role
• Experience in Chinese restaurants, dim sum or high-volume F&B is preferred
• Strong leadership, restaurant operations and people management skills
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems
• Good customer service and communication skills
