Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Recruit and manage part-time staff for events and supervise event execution.
• Plan event layouts based on guest attendance (pax) and monitor service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with hotel standards.
• Manage beverage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and order outsourced food items.
• Prepare event costing, monitor café sales, and track food wastage.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare operational and financial reports, including KPIs and performance analysis.
• Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
