Job summary

PTH VENTURES SDN BHD is seeking an energetic F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure top service quality. You will monitor food quality, cleanliness, and SOP compliance while guiding the team for efficiency and guest satisfaction.

In this role you will manage shifts, schedules, and performance, handle inquiries and feedback, and assist management in meeting sales targets and controlling costs. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• F&B supervisory or restaurant ops experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead service crew and kitchen staff toward teamwork.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales, cashiering, and POS transactions.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
• Assist management in achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
• Report daily operations issues to management.
