Job summary

9 Kopitiam Sdn Bhd is seeking a supervisory-level position to oversee daily F&B outlet operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage service and kitchen crews, ensure food quality and service standards, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires at least 1–2 years in F&B and prior supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage Service Crew and Kitchen Crew performance
• Prepare staff duty rosters and arrange manpower
• Monitor staff attendance and grooming
• Maintain food quality and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies for daily operations
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Train and guide new staff on procedures
• Report operational issues to Management
