• Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable.
• Read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information, determine proper set up, timeline, and specific guest needs.
• Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions to manager.
• Welcome guests and address service needs with professional communication and courtesy.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team to reach common goals.
