Job summary

KiN Hospitality Management Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an hands-on Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to lead daily F&B operations across all venues. Reporting to the Group Director of F&B, you will be the on-site contact for the F&B and Culinary Division and drive guest satisfaction with visible leadership.

Requirements include a degree or diploma in hospitality, strong hotel F&B experience (pre-opening a plus), and a proven ability to train and develop teams, manage budgets, and

Qualifications

• Minimum degree/diploma in hospitality or related field.
• Experience in hotel F&B operations.
• Pre-opening or hospitality project-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-opening setup and operational readiness of all F&B outlets.
• Develop outlet workflows, SOPs, service standards and opening plans.
• Support recruitment, training and service-readiness before opening.
• Manage day-to-day F&B operations across all venues.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on leadership and engage with guests and staff.
• Plan activities, promotions and partnerships for outlets.
• Assist with F&B business plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and productivity.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to ensure quality and offerings.
• Coach and develop F&B team members; support succession planning.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing to raise revenue and exposure.
• Provide timely pre-opening and operational reports to Group Director of F&B.
