Job summary

DULIMA AUTOMOTIVE SDN BHD is seeking a capable supervisor to lead daily F&B operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee service, cash handling, inventory and staff performance to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

You will enforce SOPs, hygiene and grooming standards, coach a team, and monitor service levels while addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, café, bar or hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs, hygiene, grooming and service standards.
• Oversee daily ops across service, cash and stock.
• Monitor customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Check food and beverage quality before and during service.
• Monitor sales, cash handling and daily cash closing.
• Assist with stock/inventory checking and wastage control.
