Job summary

Accor seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to deliver courteous, professional service in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will support daily F&B operations, coordinate with kitchen and beverage teams, and help manage inventory and cleanliness to uphold Accor’s standards.

The role requires experience in administrative support, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative support roles within hospitality.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, efficient service following hotel standards.
• Ensure health, hygiene and safety regulations are met (HACCP).
• Perform opening/closing procedures as assigned and manage inventory par stocks.
• Assist in monthly inventory checks of operating equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B on daily operations and quality.
