Job summary

Specialty Food Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets and lead outlet Supervisors and teams. You will monitor performance, ensure SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards, and take timely corrective actions to keep outlets running smoothly.

The role requires 3–5 years in F&B operations, strong leadership, proactivity, and excellent communication. Travel between outlets is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant F&B operations experience, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.
• Lead and support Outlet Supervisors and operational teams.
• Monitor sales, manpower, attendance, service standards and outlet performance.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and inspections.
• Ensure SOP, food safety, hygiene and operational standards are followed.
• Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
• Monitor stock, wastage, food cost and operational expenses.
• Coach, guide and manage staff performance and discipline.
• Handle operational and customer-related issues.
• Provide daily updates to Management on progress, issues, actions taken and follow-up required.
