Job summary

FRESH TEA SUPPLY CHAIN SDN.BHD. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets. You will lead outlet teams, drive sales, and ensure brand, food safety, service and standards across locations.

This hands-on leadership role requires Mandarin fluency and multi-outlet management; frequent travel between outlets is expected to support growth and ensure consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Chinese required (speaking, reading and writing).
• At least 1 year of F&B experience with multi-outlet management.
• Experience in bubble tea, coffee, cafe, bakery, pastry or similar concepts preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to travel frequently between outlets across the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, inspections and operational assessments.
• Monitor service, product quality, cleanliness, equipment, facilities and overall store standards.
• Monitor outlet sales, costs, productivity and overall performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience and profitability.
• Lead, coach and develop Outlet Managers and store teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and employee retention.
• Ensure outlets comply with company policies, mall requirements and applicable local regulations.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Conduct regular food safety and hygiene checks.

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee and drive the day‑to‑day operations of multiple F&B outlets. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, improving store performance and driving operational excellence across multiple locations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, China HQ and cross‑functional teams to strengthen store operations, develop and empower outlet teams, drive sales performance, and ensure consistent brand, food safety, service and operational standards across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets and ensure consistent execution of company standards

Conduct regular outlet visits, inspections and operational assessments

About you

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese – speaking, reading and writing is mandatory

Minimum 1 year of F&B experience, with multi‑outlet management experience

Experience in F&B, bubble tea, coffee, café, bakery, pastry or similar concepts is preferred

Strong understanding of multi‑site / franchise operations and store management

Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and operational compliance

Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills

Able to work independently and collaborate with China HQ and cross‑functional teams

Comfortable travelling frequently between outlets across the assigned area

Hands‑on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced and growing environment
