Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners in Ipoh seeks an F&B Merchant Acquisition specialist for a 6-month contract with renewal based on performance. The role focuses on identifying and engaging new F&B merchants, visiting on-ground, and outbound calling to enroll partners on the platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area for merchant visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new F&B merchants through on-ground visits and outbound calls.
• Present the platform's benefits and convert potential merchants into business partners.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly acquisition targets.
• Guide merchants through onboarding and ensure all required documents are completed accurately.
• Develop strong relationships with merchants while providing excellent customer service.
• Gather market insights and competitor information to support business growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth merchant onboarding experience.
