Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd in Ipoh is seeking a Sales Executive for a 6-month contract to grow our merchant network by acquiring new F&B partners. Fresh graduates are welcome. Basic RM2,500 with attractive commission incentives and prorated annual leave.

Role involves on-ground visits, merchant onboarding, and meeting monthly targets. You will travel within Ipoh and surrounding areas, with working hours 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Relationship Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
• Possess your own transport and a valid driving/Motorcycle license.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area for merchant visits.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or other local dialects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new F&B merchants through on-ground visits and outbound calls within your assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with potential merchants and present the benefits of partnering with our platform.
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets with attractive commission incentives.
• Manage and update your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding process and ensure all required documents are submitted correctly.
• Gather market and competitor insights to support business growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new merchants.
