Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Direct Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or Merchant Acquisition.
• Experience selling to SMEs, restaurants, cafes, or F&B businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable conducting cold calls and face-to-face sales visits.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh candidates with strong sales exposure and a proven track record may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new F&B merchants through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and field visits.
• Present and onboard merchants onto the company's dining and merchant solutions platform.
• Drive merchant activation, engagement, and long-term adoption.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly acquisition targets.
• Develop strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and merchant feedback to support business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
