Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of storekeeping or inventory control experience, preferably in F&B.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Familiar with POS or inventory systems (SQL, AutoCount, SAP, HR2000, etc.).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy goods when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deliveries align with approved Purchase Orders or Market Lists.
• Inspect condition, count, and quality/weight of delivered items before storage.
• Verify invoices and packing slips with the receiving stamp.
• Prepare Credit Forms for damaged/refused items with driver signature.
• Prepare Daily Receiving Reports for all deliveries.
• Post invoices into the system and report discrepancies to the Group Procurement Manager.
• Submit Delivery Orders and Invoices to Finance Department in a timely manner.
• Notify of returns, shortage, or no-show deliveries immediately.
• Record irregularities in a Reject Report as they occur.
• Keep Receiving/Loading Bay and Storage Areas clean, organized and secure.
• Lead inventory counts for Food, Beverage, General items, Equipment, and Fixed Assets as needed.
• Maintain professional demeanor and assist with additional tasks to ensure accurate inventory records.
