MAHSURI FOOD SDN. BHD. is seeking a warehouse/storekeeper to receive and verify incoming materials, store them properly, and issue items per requisitions.

The role requires accurate inventory recording, regular stock counts, and coordination with procurement for stock movements. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a related role, knows SAP S4 or an ERP system, and is proficient in MS Office. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and storekeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with SAP S4 or ERP systems for PRs and Goods Receiving transactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery and purchase orders.
• Store materials in designated locations following established procedures.
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment per approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock transactions in the system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and participate in inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of items.
• Keep storeroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation as required.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other departments on stock movements.
• Assist in unloading/loading and moving materials as needed.
• Update fixed asset listing for company assets.
• Source and document spare parts or supplies for cost effectiveness.
• Provide general admin support including data entry and filing.
• Any other duties as assigned by reporting manager.
