Job summary

CMR (Far East) Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Johor Bahru to handle receiving, inspection, and storage of goods. You will manage inventory records, data entry, stock movements, and ensure accurate stock control. The role requires attention to detail and safe warehouse practices.

The candidate should be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and be willing to learn new responsibilities while supporting timely deliveries to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum “O” Level or higher.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Knowledge of logistics management systems and data entry.
• MOM Forklift Operator Licence is an advantage.
• Medically fit to perform job-related duties, including manual handling and deliveries.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems.
• Perform data entry and update stock movement.
• Issue materials and ensure proper stock control.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
